Action Physical Therapy is offering HWSA players free injury assessments at any of their 4 locations around Houston. Just call them and identify yourself as a player for HWSA and they’ll get you in the next day.

To add players after initial registration:
Enter your player data online.
Submit player registration form, player card with photo attached, and $35 registration fee by check or money order (personal checks from players will not be accepted under any circumstances - checks from team reps only).

Drop the registration materials in the HFA mailbox at Bear Creek Park
or mail or take them to the HFA Office at the following address:
