All Spring teams will need to submit player regsitration materials for at least 11 players. The following materials are needed for Spring regsitration:

1) Copy of online roster

2) New players: registration form, id card

• Please check the suspended player list if you are adding players from another team 

3) Payment for players ($35 per player) and any unpaid fines

Action Physical Therapy is offering HWSA players free injury assessments at any of their 4 locations around Houston. Just call them and identify yourself as a player for HWSA and they'll get you in the next day. For more information and locations, go to their web site www.action-pt.net. To add players after initial registration:
Enter your player data online.
Submit player registration form, player card with photo attached, and $35 registration fee by check or money order (personal checks from players will not be accepted under any circumstances - checks from team reps only).

Drop the registration materials in the HFA mailbox at Bear Creek Park
or mail or take them to the HFA Office at the following address:

Player registrations submitted to the drop box before 8am Tuesday or delivered to the HFA Office before noon on Tuesday will be eligible for the next scheduled game.
