Bear Creek has received some complaints from the county about cars being parked on the running track on Sundays with their contention that it is some of the adult league players that are doing so.  Please ensure that you and your players park only in designated parking spots and ensure that their vehicles are not encroaching on the running track.  Not only will this avoid a parking ticket but will also ensure that soccer does not get a bad rap with the county.

Going into effect Spring Season 2010

There has been a change to the maximum number of suited players from 18 to 25. This voted on and ratified at the January 6, 2010 meeting of HWSA.  Teams are now allowed to dress 25 players instead of the old maximum of 18.  The new rule is as follows "A team may have no more than 25 players on its roster per season.  A team may suit up a maximum of 25 players per game."

Cars in the parking lot at the West Houston soccer fields have had windows broken and valuables have been stolen.  This has happened several nights in the last few weeks.  PLEASE do not leave valuables, including soccer equipment, in your vehicles while you are at the fields.  Lock your car doors and activate your alarms if you have them.  Keep your team's gear together at the field with your players, friends and family.  Report any theft or damage to your vehicle.

To add players after initial registration:

Submit player registration form, player card with photo attached, and $35 registration fee by check or money order (personal checks from players will not be accepted under any circumstances - checks from team reps only).

Drop the registration materials in the HFA mailbox at Bear Creek Park
or mail or take them to the HFA Office at the following address:

Player registrations submitted to the drop box before 8am Tuesday or delivered to the HFA Office before noon on Tuesday will be eligible for the next scheduled game.
